I always feel energized at a Maxine DeSare concert. The Band was incredible and Tony terrific. What a group of talented musicians, each renowned in their fields. I could have stayed all night. Tony, as always, was entertaining, humble, and fun. The sound system at the Atlanta Symphony was a disaster. Despite being close enough, hearing was not an issue. A bright light filled the symphony hall every time someone left, destroying the atmosphere Tony and his Band were trying to create. This constant distraction made it hard to enjoy the performance. People continuously crossed in front of attendees as there were no breaks between a certain number of seats. It was frustrating to have so many interruptions during the show. I will seriously reconsider going to the symphony hall for another event.
